I understand that this comes at a cost such as having to be close range but it's too easy to get up close to enemies anyways. Literally everybody except pyro mains which are the issue here want him removed due to the fact that nobody likes him and the fact that he can kill the entire team in less than 12 seconds.

Well, Simple solution. The reason why a nerf wouldn't be enough is that they can still use overpowered combos as well. Well, You can't do that either, Because now the pyro is just jack shit. There is literally no way to balance pyro without making him underpowered or overpowered.

It would be better to just remove him altogether. The 2 downsides would be cosmetics and player base. Cosmetics you could simply provide different cosmetics to the players that did have a lot of pyro cosmetics. Playerbase You would get pissed off pyro mains, But the thing is that pyros make others pissed off daily.

Plus there are 8 other classes that are more balanced and fun other than pressing W and left click and dragging your mouse around. Any pyro with ten hours or more could easily beat any class, Simply because of the flamethrower mechanics, How many upsides he has as a class, And in general how fast he is.

He also has quite a bit of health, Which may be a bit high for a class on TF2. As a hour scout main, I easily get destroyed by pyros that only have around 5 hours. I support removal or even nerfing of the pyro.

He's too much of a mini heavy with too much power. With over hours of TF2 experience, Even if many agree he shouldn't be removed. Think about it this way. If Pyro was removed, They would add a new class. Imagine the wonders of that new class instead of a non-skilled Pyro I already know kids are gonna target me saying. And two, All you have to do is turn up your mouse sens and spin in circles holding m1 praying you'll kill every spy in sight.
